Job Summary We are seeking a energetic and aggressive Senior Account Manager with a strong financial background and excellent numerical skills The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations ensuring timely follow-ups and driving financial clarity through strategic thinking and accurate reporting Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and other financial software Take complete ownership of account reconciliations payables receivables and cash flow management Ensure aggressive follow-up with internal teams vendors and clients for timely collections and financial closures Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Collaborate with other departments for budget planning forecasting and financial strategy Innovate and implement process improvements for better financial efficiency Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST TDS and audits Act as a financial advisor to the management team providing creative solutions for cost control and profitability Key Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Commerce Finance Accounting or a related field Proven experience 5 years in financial accounting roles Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail Aggressive and proactive personality - not afraid to chase for closures Excellent communication and negotiation skills Creative thinker with the ability to suggest smart financial strategies Strong grasp of numbers and financial logic Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Application Question s Are you an immediate joiner Work Location In person
