Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and efficient HR Executive to manage various human resource functions including recruitment payroll assistance employee engagement and statutory compliance The role demands strong organizational skills and a valuable understanding of HR operations within the Indian context Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Publish job postings on Naukri LinkedIn etc Screen resumes coordinate interviews and issue offer letters Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs Attendance Payroll Leave Management Maintain attendance records using biometric or HRMS tools Process monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts payroll vendors Track leaves absences and ensure timely reporting Statutory Compliance India-specific Ensure compliance with PF ESI Gratuity and other applicable labor laws Prepare and submit required statutory reports and documents Liaise with external consultants or labor offices when required Employee Relations Engagement Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures Organize employee engagement activities festival celebrations and team-building events Handle employee grievances and escalate as needed Documentation Record Keeping Maintain employee personal files and records hardcopy and digital Manage issuing of letters like offer appointment confirmation and relieving HR Systems Reporting Use HRMS for maintaining records and generating reports Assist in HR audits appraisals and performance reviews Qualifications Skills Graduate Postgraduate in HR Business Administration or related field MBA in HR preferred 1-3 years of experience in an HR role in India Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and HRMS software Strong communication interpersonal and coordination skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
