- Senior Graphic Designer We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to take charge of our visual communication and brand identity The ideal candidate is not just a designer but a creative thinker and visual storyteller with proven experience leading design initiatives With 2-3 years of hands-on experience you will play a key role as the creative brain for design projects driving impactful visuals across digital print and video platforms Key Responsibilities Lead the creative direction and execution of brand visuals across all media digital print video and 3D Conceptualize design and deliver a wide range of assets including websites social media graphics infographics brochures logos banners presentations and marketing collaterals Oversee and coordinate video production and shooting activities for product showcases campaigns and branding initiatives Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate project briefs into compelling and effective design solutions Develop custom illustrations icons and 3D visuals that enhance storytelling and elevate brand identity Ensure brand consistency across all channels while evolving and refining visual guidelines in line with modern trends Stay ahead of industry trends emerging tools and design innovations applying them to deliver cutting-edge visuals Supervise vendors freelancers and agencies as needed to ensure timely high-quality outputs Conduct quality reviews of all design deliverables to ensure the highest creative standards Actively contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions shaping campaigns with a strong creative edge Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Skills Expertise 2-3 years of proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a lead creative role Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro and familiarity with 3D animation tools like Blender 3DS Max or Unreal Engine Strong foundation in design principles typography colour theory and visual composition Demonstrated ability to lead creative direction present ideas and influence stakeholders with strong visual concepts Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to design for diverse audiences and media formats Strong project management and multitasking abilities with a track record of meeting tight deadlines Self-driven innovative thinker who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Application Question s Are you willing to relocate to Kochi What is your expected salary Work Location In person
