Job Summary Provide support to Cash Management NACH transaction process To maintain a positive working relationship with personnel of the other Units Division of the Bank To ensure that the established product service standards for the National Collections product are met or exceeded To respond to queries received from various clients within the agreed timelines RESPONSIBILITIES Processing Standards Processing and decision making as per Departmental Operating Instructions manual and within the timeliness and accuracy standards specified Continuous improvement in productivity to the standards prescribed for the Processes from time to time Upholding the values of the group and Company at all times Compliance with all applicable Rules regulations and Company and Group Policies Comply with Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy and Procedures to the extent applicable and reporting all suspicious Transactions to the Line Manager Strategy Operational Efficiency Ensure adherence to the procedures set in the DOI Carry out investigations data analysis to identify root cause of the errors and take steps for rectification and avoid recurrence Key Responsibilities Business Responsible For Monitor Client requirement process the data on same settlement date If settlement missed out then inform to client Monitor client ECS query respond from time to time Follow with beneficiary bank for amount not credited to beneficiary account Governance Ensure that all procedures lay down in the Quality Procedure Manual and the Key Control Standards are adequately followed Ensure strict compliance with the Group s policies for the National Collection Product as well as for the internal external audit for Capital Markets activities Regulatory Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics including regulatory and business conduct across Standard Chartered Bank This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with in letter and spirit all applicable laws regulations guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles Effectively and collaboratively identify escalate mitigate and resolve risk conduct and compliance matters Serve as a Director of the Board Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association Key stakeholders Department Heads Head CMS and Head WBO Cash Management Product Team Compliance
