Job Summary We are looking for a strategic and analytical Paid Media Specialist to plan execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic conversions and ROI through platforms such as Google Ads Meta Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and others Key Responsibilities Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube and programmatic platforms Execute performance-driven strategies focused on customer acquisition lead generation or e-commerce sales Build and optimize media plans budgets and targeting strategies based on campaign goals Create test and refine ad copy creatives and landing page experiences Monitor analyze and report on performance metrics ROAS CPA CPM CTR conversions Manage daily ad spend and ensure budget pacing and performance efficiency Conduct A B tests on creatives messaging and targeting Collaborate with internal teams design content analytics to execute campaigns effectively Stay current with platform changes industry trends and emerging technologies Required Skills Qualifications 2-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads Search Display YouTube Meta Ads Manager Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Ads Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics Looker Studio or similar reporting tools Proficiency in managing performance metrics like CPA ROAS CTR and conversion rate Knowledge of audience segmentation retargeting and full-funnel strategies Experience with conversion tracking setup using Google Tag Manager or platform pixels Preferred Qualifications Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications Experience with e-commerce platforms Shopify WooCommerce or CRMs HubSpot Salesforce Familiarity with DSPs like DV360 and programmatic buying Knowledge of SEO CRO or affiliate marketing is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 54 623 77 per month Advantages Food provided Schedule Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay Performance bonus
