Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Coordinator to support the learning and development initiatives of our organization The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and implementing employee training programs to enhance workforce performance and align with company goals Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs across departments Assist in the development of training materials manuals and documentation Maintain accurate training records and track attendance and performance results Communicate training schedules and logistics to participants and trainers Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback assessments and performance metrics Support onboarding and orientation processes for recent hires Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and gaps Manage Learning Management System LMS and ensure it is updated regularly Prepare reports on training activities participation and ROI Ensure all training activities are aligned with company policies compliance standards and industry regulations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 2 years of experience in training coordination or human resources preferred Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with LMS platforms is a plus Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Key Competencies Attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Time management Problem-solving abilities Team collaboration Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
