Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment employee engagement documentation and HR operations The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a keen interest in HR processes and the ability to multitask effectively Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Assist in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for various roles Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Help in conducting initial HR interviews and assessments Assist in the preparation of offer letters appointment letters and onboarding documents Employee Engagement Relations Organize team-building activities employee engagement events and training sessions Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns Help in conducting exit interviews and feedback collection HR Operations Documentation Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or internal databases Assist in the preparation of HR policies reports and presentations Support payroll processes by tracking attendance and leaves Compliance Policy Implementation Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures Required Skills Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment life cycle Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and Google Workspace Knowledge of HRMS or ATS software is a plus Job Types Full time Internship Contract length 4-6 months Pay 3 000 00 - 5 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Work Location In person
