Only Immediate Joiners Need to Apply Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts to join our finance team The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles statutory compliance and financial reporting This role involves handling day-to-day accounting functions assisting in audits budgeting and supporting the Finance Manager in strategic planning Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily accounting operations including AP AR general ledger bank reconciliations and cash flow Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts Assist in preparation of budgets forecasts and financial analysis Ensure statutory compliance related to GST TDS PF ESI and other relevant laws Coordinate with auditors internal statutory and handle audit requirements Maintain internal control systems and recommend process improvements Liaise with banks vendors and internal departments for smooth financial operations Support Finance Manager with MIS reports and financial planning activities Key Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce Finance Accounting 5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of Tally ERP Good understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Thrissur Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Accounting 5 years Required Work Location In person
