Job Summary We are looking for a caring and responsible Daycare Teacher to join our early childhood team The ideal candidate will provide a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-6 years while supporting their physical emotional social and cognitive development Key Responsibilities Childcare Development Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom Create and follow a structured daily routine including play learning meals and nap time Conduct age-appropriate learning and developmental activities Encourage positive behavior and social interaction Curriculum Support Plan and implement creative lesson plans focused on early childhood development Introduce basic concepts such as colors numbers shapes and letters Use storytelling music art and games to engage children Observe and document each child s progress and development Communication Reporting Communicate with parents regarding child s daily activities behavior and developmental milestones Maintain accurate records of attendance incidents and progress reports Collaborate with other staff members and participate in staff meetings and training Hygiene Safety Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in classrooms and play areas Assist with feeding diaper changing potty training and dressing when needed Follow all health safety and emergency procedures Qualifications Skills Minimum qualification High School Diploma Diploma in Early Childhood Education or NTT Nursery Teacher Training preferred 1-3 years of experience in a daycare or preschool setting is desirable Patience warmth and a genuine love for children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of child psychology and development stages Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Preferred Attributes Fluency in English and local language Creative and energetic with a hands-on approach to learning Let me know if you d like a version in Hindi or with more focus on infants toddlers or a Montessori-based setting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 086 00 - 15 000 00 per month Advantages Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Work Location In person
