J Job Title Home Health Care Nurse Caregiver Location Thiruvalla Job Summary We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurses GNM ANM or BSc Nurses and experienced caregivers to join our Home Care Nursing Organization As a Home Care Nurse and caregiver you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes Your role will involve delivering nursing care managing patient health conditions and assisting with daily living activities personal care to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients Key Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care to patients at home including administering medication dressing wounds and monitoring vital signs Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and mobility Develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient in collaboration with family members and healthcare providers Educate patients and families about health conditions medication management and preventive care Monitor patient progress provide updates to physicians and adjust care plans as necessary Maintain accurate patient records and document nursing care provided Coordinate with other healthcare professionals including physicians and therapists to ensure comprehensive care Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies in a calm and efficient manner Adhere to all infection control safety and quality standards Qualifications GNM General Nursing and Midwifery ANM Auxiliary Nurse Midwife or BSc Nursing with a valid nursing license and caregiving course certificate and relevant experience Previous experience in home care nursing or hospital setting preferred Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and patient care Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients families and healthcare teams Compassionate patient and empathetic attitude towards patient care Flexibility to work in different shifts including weekends and holidays based on patient needs Basic understanding of patient safety hygiene practices and emergency response protocols Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Flexible work schedules A supportive and collaborative team environment Food and accommodation Job Types Part time Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 22 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Expected hours 24 per week Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
