Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team In this role you will be responsible for sourcing recruiting and placing top talent in various IT positions within our organization The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting and a passion for connecting with candidates who can drive our business forward You will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to ensure we attract the best candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience Duties Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding new hires Utilize various sourcing methods including social media management cold calling and campus recruitment to identify potential candidates Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the organization Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using Applicant Tracking Systems ATS such as Lever iCIMS or Taleo Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders Stay updated on employment labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process Support employee orientation and training development initiatives for new hires Engage in talent management activities including succession planning and employee evaluation Requirements Proven experience in technical recruiting with a robust understanding of IT roles and technologies Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Strong communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with candidates and team members Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools such as Workday Paychex ADP or Kronos is preferred Experience in executive recruiting or internal recruiting is a plus Ability to conduct research on market trends and lead generation strategies for talent acquisition Knowledge of HRIS systems such as UltiPro or Salesforce is advantageous Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams Join us in our mission to build a talented workforce that drives innovation and success within our organization Your expertise as an IT Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping our future Job Types Full time Internship Pay 5 000 00 - 7 000 00 per month Schedule Monday to Friday Night shift Work Location Remote
