Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MEP Head with a background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering preferably with design expertise The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of MEP services including PHE HVAC Fire Fighting STP WTP and RH systems and should be capable of delivering cost-effective and efficient solutions for high-quality project execution Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing MEP related design and execution activities Review and approve technical drawings designs and specifications submitted by consultants and vendors Ensure coordination between MEP and other services in architectural and structural drawings Provide value engineering and cost-effective solutions during design and execution stages Evaluate technical submittals shop drawings and equipment selections to ensure compliance with specifications and statutory norms Ensure MEP systems comply with applicable codes standards and bye-laws local statutory requirements Collaborate with architects structural engineers consultants and contractors to ensure seamless integration Monitor and supervise MEP execution at the project sites to ensure quality safety and timelines Liaise with vendors PMC Project Management Consultants teams as needed Ensure timely project documentation approvals and statutory clearances Required Skills Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Design background preferred Experience 12-15 years in MEP design and execution preferably with exposure to PMC FM roles Strong knowledge of PHE HVAC Fire Fighting STP WTP RH systems and building automation Proficiency in understanding and applying local statutory codes building bye-laws and approval processes Skilled in cost optimization value engineering and technical problem-solving Robust communication team management and coordination skills Experience in reputed PMC Project Management Consultant Exposure to residential commercial or mixed-use large-scale projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 95 000 00 - 110 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
