enhancing core functions workflows and automations on the ServiceNow platform This role emphasizes maximizing out-of-the-box OOTB capabilities and applying disciplined processes to develop customized solutions where necessary Working closely with UI designers Architects and architects the Architect ensures that back-end functionality supports seamless user experiences while aligning with business goals and best practices Essential Duties Responsibilities Lead the design build and configuration of workflows automations and business rules using tools like Flow Designer and IntegrationHub Maximize the use of OOTB modules to meet requirements and only extend capabilities when absolutely necessary Develop reusable components and configurations to ensure scalable and consistent solutions Implement disciplined processes for custom development to minimize complexity and enhance scalability Stay current on ServiceNow updates new features and industry best practices to enhance solutions and recommend improvements Document all development efforts including designs workflows and troubleshooting steps for future reference and knowledge sharing Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience Verifiable ServiceNow CTA Certification is required Location India - Bangalore or Hyderabad Desired Experience 10 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments Proven expertise in workflow automation integration design and API development Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing ServiceNow OOTB capabilities Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP and Oracle is a plus Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices Experience with ServiceNow upgrade planning and
