Job Title Assistant Manager - Accounts Finance Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager - Accounts Finance to support our finance operations ensure accurate accounting and assist in financial planning and reporting The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills sound knowledge of accounting principles and experience managing day-to-day financial activities Key Responsibilities Accounting Finance Operations Handle day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries ledgers and reconciliations Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure timely closing of books of accounts Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Monitor cash flow bank reconciliations and fund management Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis Compliance Audit Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax and other statutory requirements Prepare and coordinate documents for internal and external audits Maintain accurate financial records as per regulatory standards Team Process Management Support the finance manager in supervising team activities Implement process improvements for better accuracy and efficiency Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and approvals Vendor Stakeholder Coordination Handle vendor payments reconciliations and queries Liaise with banks auditors and other financial partners Assist in managing payroll reimbursements and employee claims if applicable Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Finance roles Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel and financial software Key Skills Excellent analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and team-coordination abilities Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks Job Type Full-time Pay From 32 000 00 per month Experience school field 5 years Preferred Location Hyderbad Telangana Preferred Work Location In person
