Job Summary We are hiring a Paint Mixer responsible for mixing paints primers and coatings used for kitchen equipment production This role ensures accurate color matching correct mixing ratios and timely supply of paint for painters and the paint booth team Key Responsibilities Mix PU paints primers and hardeners according to formulas and ratios Match colors as per customer or production requirements Prepare small and large batches of paint for daily production Maintain records of mixing ratios batch numbers and quantities Ensure proper filtration and viscosity control of mixed paint Supply painters with ready-to-use paint on time Store chemicals safely and maintain mixing area cleanliness Monitor inventory of paints thinners hardeners and chemicals Follow safety guidelines and use PPE when handling chemicals Requirements Experience in paint mixing PU or industrial coatings preferred Understanding of paint chemistry and mixing ratios Ability to read paint formulas and technical instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift paint buckets and handle materials safely Good communication and teamwork skills Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
