We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee maintain and improve the organization s IT systems and infrastructure The ideal candidate will have 4 years of skilled experience managing networks servers and enterprise IT environments ensuring reliability security and performance of all technical operations Key Responsibilities Plan implement and manage IT infrastructure servers networks storage and cloud systems Ensure high availability performance and security of all IT systems Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues Manage backups disaster recovery plans and business continuity Oversee hardware and software installations upgrades and maintenance Enforce IT policies standards and security protocols Collaborate with vendors and service providers Lead and support IT support staff and technical teams Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration roles Strong knowledge of networking servers virtualization and operating systems Windows Linux Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure or Google Cloud Understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools Experience with firewalls switches routers and VPNs Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions Strong problem-solving and leadership skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities
