Key responsibilities Supervise and lead Manage daily operations of the painting crew assign tasks and ensure the team adheres to all work procedures and safety regulations Quality assurance Inspect surfaces for proper preparation and the final painted product to ensure it meets all quality specifications and client requirements Safety compliance Enforce safety protocols ensure proper use of safety gear and maintain a protected working environment for the painting team Production and scheduling Coordinate painting schedules to meet production deadlines and work with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow Material management Monitor the use of paint and other materials manage inventory and ensure timely ordering of necessary supplies and equipment Training and development Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to the existing team ensuring they are up-to-date on new techniques and safety procedures Communication and reporting Communicate with project managers clients and other stakeholders regarding project status issues and completed work Maintain records of work progress and material usage Experience Proven experience in painting supervision or a related role preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting with a strong knowledge of painting processes for structural steel Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
