The Gym Trainer is responsible for guiding members in achieving their fitness goals by providing personalized workout plans demonstrating exercises ensuring safety and maintaining a positive environment within the gym The role includes monitoring member progress promoting healthy lifestyle habits and ensuring the proper use of gym equipment 2 Key Responsibilities Greet members and provide a welcoming fitness environment Conduct fitness assessments to understand individual member requirements Design and implement customized workout programs Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and correct member posture form Motivate members and support them in achieving their fitness goals Ensure all gym equipment is used safely and maintained properly Monitor floor activities to avoid accidents and ensure safety standards Conduct group fitness sessions as required Maintain hygiene cleanliness and discipline in the gym area Provide guidance on basic nutrition and healthy habits Record and track member progress regularly Report any equipment malfunction or safety issues to the supervisor Assist in organizing fitness events challenges or workshops 3 Skills Qualifications Diploma Certification in Fitness Training Physical Education or related discipline Certified Personal Trainer preferred Valuable knowledge of exercise routines biomechanics and equipment usage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire members First-aid certification is an added advantage 4 Experience 1-3 years of experience as a Gym Trainer Personal Trainer freshers with certification may also apply 5 Personal Attributes Physically fit and active Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach Punctual responsible and disciplined Positive observation and problem-solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
