Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee and manage daily operations for our painting service projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams ensuring timely project completion maintaining quality standards and providing excellent customer service Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage multiple painting projects from start to finish Visit project sites to assess progress and ensure quality standards are met Schedule and allocate painters materials and equipment as needed Prepare project timelines and monitor daily work progress Communicate with clients to understand requirements provide updates and resolve issues Prepare quotations work orders and project documentation Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools materials Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement Manage budgets minimize waste and ensure cost-effective project execution Handle on-site problem-solving and maintain smooth workflow Report daily progress to management Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering Interior Design or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in painting construction or interior project coordination Strong knowledge of painting materials processes and finishes Excellent communication and client-handling skills Strong organizational planning and multitasking abilities Ability to read drawings and understand site measurements Proficiency in MS Office project management tools and reporting Leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred Advantages Competitive salary with performance incentives Travel allowance Opportunity for career growth within the company Supportive and professional work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
