Job Title CCTV Operator Department Security Surveillance Location Sec 37 Gurgaon Job Summary The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring and managing surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises This role involves real-time observation of CCTV feeds reporting suspicious activities maintaining video records and coordinating with security personnel during incidents Key Responsibilities o Monitoring Surveillance o Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect suspicious activities security breaches and safety hazards o Track and follow movements of persons or vehicles of interest across cameras o Ensure proper functioning of all CCTV equipment and report technical issues immediately o Incident Response Reporting o Respond promptly to observed incidents by notifying the Security Supervisor or relevant authorities o Prepare accurate and detailed reports of daily observations incidents and equipment issues o Provide recorded footage when requested for investigations o Conduct routine checks to ensure cameras recording systems and storage devices are operating effectively o Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalate when necessary o Maintain strict confidentiality regarding surveillance operations and recorded footage o Follow company policies safety procedures and legal regulations related to monitoring and data protection Qualifications Skills o High school diploma or equivalent additional security training is an advantage o Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations preferred o Good observational and multitasking skills o Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CCTV systems software o Ability to handle stressful or emergency situations calmly and responsibly o Strong communication skills and attention to detail Job Type Full time Pay 13 430 55 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
