Job Summary The Assistant Accountant will support the Accounts Department in daily accounting operations record keeping and statutory compliance The role demands accuracy timely work completion and familiarity with basic accounting principles and ERP Tally systems Key Responsibilities 1 Daily Accounting Tasks Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP Maintain purchase sales cash bank and journal entries Prepare and verify vouchers invoices and supporting documents 2 Accounts Payable Receivable Assist in managing vendor invoices payment processing and reconciliations Follow up on receivables and maintain customer ledger accuracy 3 Bank Ledger Management Perform bank reconciliation statements BRS monthly Update and reconcile ledgers maintain accounting schedules 4 Taxation Compliance Support Assist in GST return preparation GSTR-1 GSTR-3B and TDS working Support in ensuring accounts are compliant with statutory requirements 5 Documentation Reporting Maintain all accounting files and records in proper order Prepare basic MIS reports as required Support senior accountants during audits 6 Other Responsibilities Coordinate with internal departments for bills approvals and clarifications Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with accuracy Support overall finance and accounts operations as directed by seniors Required Skills Qualifications B Com M Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance 1-3 years of relevant work experience Fresher with good knowledge can be considered Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel Basic understanding of GST TDS and accounting principles Strong numerical analytical and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
