Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for voice non-voice and back-office roles Source candidates through job portals referrals and social media Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers Handle onboarding formalities including offer letters documentation and induction 2 Employee Relations Engagement Address employee queries grievances and maintain a positive work workplace Organize engagement activities team-building events and reward programs Support employee retention initiatives and reduce attrition 3 HR Operations Administration Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy Prepare and process attendance leave and payroll inputs Manage exit formalities including F F settlements and exit interviews 4 Performance Management Assist in setting up KPIs and performance appraisal systems Coordinate reviews track progress and support managers with evaluation processes 5 Compliance Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and BPO industry standards Update HR policies as per latest regulations and organizational changes Key Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of HR best practices and statutory compliance Proficient in MS Office and HR software HRMS ATS etc Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field MBA PGDM in HR preferred 1-3 years of experience in HR preferably in a BPO or ITES environment If interested connect at (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
