Company Akruti Developers Location Lonavala Experience 5-8 years mandatory Qualification Diploma BE in Civil Engineering must be from engineering background About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities manage contractors monitor work progress and ensure timely project execution The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in real-estate construction site operations Key Roles Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities Coordinate with contractors vendors and engineers for smooth workflow Ensure work is executed as per drawings quality standards and safety protocols Report daily site progress to management and maintain site logs Manage material planning consumption tracking and stock monitoring Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues Ensure timely completion of tasks and assist in meeting project deadlines Coordinate site-related activities like labour management measurements and client visits Ensure compliance with safety legal and project specifications Skills Requirements Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction real estate site supervision Robust understanding of on-site construction work materials and technical drawings Good coordination and communication skills Ability to supervise labour and manage multiple activities simultaneously Must be comfortable working at project site in Lonavala Immediate joiners preferred Salary Open as per experience and expectations Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
