Diploma Or Any Degree candidates with at least 3 years experience exclusively in residential building plans detailing and CMDA Corporation Approval drawings Should have excellent working knowledge exposure of using Autocad and or Revit Should have exposure in structural detailing and quantity takeoff Should have experience in drafting of relevant discipline Electrical Plumbing etc for all types of layouts and details Must be familier with CMDA DTCP Pre-DCR Norms Typical job functions The responsibilities associated with this job include Drawing Creation in Autocad by interpreting the sketches rough drawings or specifications provided by the Project director engineers or external architects Use Autocad or ZWCAD software to create accurate and detailed technical drawings including plans elevations sections and details of residential buildings Verify dimensions materials and other details to minimize errors and rework Documentation and Record-Keeping Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and records Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless integration of drawings across disciplines Incorporate changes and revisions to existing drawings as directed Maintain day to day record of work progress at site Verification of measurements for billing and giving approvals in finalization of sub-contractor billings Other information You will have to co-ordinate with Architects Consultants for questions doubts and be responsible for having the changes recorded in the office You will have to occasionally deal with customers flat purchasers for design changes sought by them Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
