Required skills and qualifications Education A bachelor s degree in a relevant field like logistics or supply chain management is often preferred Experience Proven 2 to 5 yrs experience in a dispatch and sales coordination role Technical skills CRM SAP software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel Experience with SAP is a plus o Organization and multitasking Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Job responsibilities o Process customer inquiries quotations and purchase orders o Coordinate with the sales team to manage sales pipelines and targets o Prepare and maintain documentation such as invoices and reports o Manage customer databases in SAP and CRM systems o Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of goods including creating delivery routes o Monitor and track shipments providing real-time updates to customers and internal teams o Act as a point of contact between sales production logistics and accounts departments o Provide customers with dispatch updates and address any post-sales inquiries o Maintain accurate records of all dispatch and sales activities o Prepare and analyze reports to help identify trends and areas for improvement o Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and dispatch documentation Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Work Location In person
