Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire production process from cut to pack to ensure efficiency quality and timely delivery Lead and manage a team of production staff ensuring optimal performance training and adherence to safety standards Supervise the operation of 300 machines ensuring smooth functionality and timely maintenance Collaborate with cross-functional teams design procurement quality control to ensure production meets requirements and deadlines Monitor and analyze production metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary Maintain a solid focus on cost management and resource optimization while ensuring product quality Troubleshoot production issues implementing solutions for bottlenecks or machinery downtime Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies Job Type Full-time Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
