Job Title Property Manager - Shalom Sky City Gachibowli Hyderabad Employment Type Full-time Working Hours Monday to Friday 10 AM - 6 PM Reports To The Havilah Company Management - Shalom Sky City About the Role Shalom Sky City a premium Grade-A commercial property in Gachibowli is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee daily operations facility management tenant relations and leasing activities This role requires a hands-on leader with a balance of operational efficiency and client service excellence Key Responsibilities Oversee daily building operations maintenance schedules and facility upkeep Act as the main point of contact for tenants addressing queries and maintaining positive relationships Supervise on-site teams including housekeeping security and vendors Manage rent collections lease documentation and financial reconciliations Handle leasing inquiries conduct property tours and coordinate current tenant onboarding Monitor contract compliance and track vendor and tenant agreement renewals Ensure adherence to health safety and building compliance standards Support management with regular reporting and improvement initiatives Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Property Management or Facilities Management 5-8 years of experience managing commercial or mixed-use properties Strong skills in communication negotiation and reporting Proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and property management software tools Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
