Role Overview We are looking for an AI Lead to drive the adoption of AI automation and digital optimization across the organization This role will identify opportunities to streamline processes improve productivity and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business efficiency Key Responsibilities Lead AI and automation initiatives across functions operations customer service sales procurement etc Analyze current workflows and identify gaps opportunities for automation Implement AI tools workflows and automations in collaboration with cross-functional teams Build and manage automation dashboards documentation and performance tracking Coordinate with vendors AI partners for solution development and deployment Train teams on recent tools ensure adoption and measure impact Ensure data integrity security and compliance in all automation projects Requirements 7 years in AI ML data engineering automation or solution architecture Background in IT analytics operations or digital transformation preferred Strong understanding of AI tools automation platforms Zapier Make API integrations RPA and data workflows Strong experience with LLMs NLP RAG agentic workflows prompt engineering Knowledge of Python APIs cloud services AWS GCP Azure Familiarity with vector DBs Pinecone Weaviate LangChain LlamaIndex ML Ops tools Ability to analyse business processes and convert them into technical solutions Strong documentation communication and project management skills Experience in process mapping and optimisation Ability to manage projects end-to-end and influence stakeholders Excellent communication problem-solving and documentation skills Experience working cross functionally with technical and non-technical groups Understanding of renewable energy solar battery or energy-tech markets bonus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 2 600 000 00 per year Benefits Leave encashment Work from home Work Location Remote
