Job Title Store Head Location Mahindra World City Ajmer Road Jaipur Salary Upto 8 LPA Industry Type Transformers and Meters About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Store Head to manage the end-to-end store operations within our manufacturing facility The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing exceptional ERP skills SAP Oracle and proven leadership ability to ensure operational excellence inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance Key Responsibilities Store Operations Management Oversee and manage all end-to-end store operations including the accurate and efficient handling of receiving storage and dispatch of materials and finished goods Inventory and Data Accuracy Maintain exact and up-to-date Enterprise Resource Planning ERP records SAP Oracle to reflect real-time inventory levels and transactional data Team Leadership Development Lead train and mentor the store staff fostering a culture of accountability efficiency and safety Audits Compliance Conduct regular and comprehensive audits and stock checks Enforce all standard operating procedures SOPs safety standards and maintain full ISO documentation and compliance Inter-Departmental Coordination Act as the primary liaison for the store department coordinating closely with Purchase Production Quality Assurance QA and Dispatch teams to ensure a smooth and continuous flow of materials and products We re Looking For Experience 8 years of experience in a Store Leader or similar supervisory role specifically within the manufacturing industry experience in electrical equipment or transformers manufacturing is a plus Educational Background An Engineering background Mechanical or Electrical preferred is required Technical Skills Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with ERP systems specifically SAP or Oracle for inventory management and transaction recording Core Competencies Demonstrated skill in inventory control process auditing and compliance management Leadership Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage motivate and develop a high-performing team Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have 8 years of manufacturing store leadership experience Which ERP system SAP Oracle are you proficient in for inventory management What is your educational background in Engineering Mechanical Electrical Work Location In person
