Job brief We are looking for a Payroll Executive Senior Payroll Executive to join our HR department and administer our employee compensation Payroll Officer responsibilities include calculating employees compensation updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments To be successful in this role you should have a flair for numbers and be able to handle sensitive information If you re also familiar with labor laws Including PF PT ESIC etc we d like to meet you Ultimately you will help run a smooth and accurate payroll process Responsibilities Collect daily weekly or monthly timesheets Calculate bonuses and allowances Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software Excel Both Schedule bank payments to employees Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts digital or paper Report on payroll expenses Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations Enter new employees data e g bank accounts and tax identification numbers into internal databases Answer questions about compensation benefits taxes and insurance deductions Generation of PF ESIC PT challan independently Hands on experience in handling online EPFO portal Able to compile data for Annual returns online filing under various labour laws Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer Payroll Executive or similar role Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software Solid math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors Good knowledge of labor legislation Time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information Excellent Skills in MSExcel Able to Handle government official and solve their queries Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Thane Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s What is your Notice Period How soon you can Join What is your expected CTC What is your current CTC Experience total work 3 years Required Language Marathi Required Work Location In person
