We re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic interior design company If you have a passion for design excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales we want to hear from you You ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service from initial contact through project completion Key Responsibilities Business Development Proactively identify qualify and secure new interior design projects residential and or commercial through networking referrals and strategic outreach Client Management Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored design solutions Sales Process Manage the entire sales cycle including initial consultation preparing detailed proposals presenting design concepts negotiating contracts and closing deals Collaboration Work closely with the design team project managers and operations staff to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction Market Knowledge Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and product knowledge to effectively position our services Reporting Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline status using our CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management Qualifications Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience preferably within the interior design architecture furniture or luxury goods industry Knowledge A solid understanding of the interior design process materials and industry terminology is a significant advantage Skills Exceptional communication written and verbal presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills Attitude Proactive self-motivated results-oriented and professional demeanor Education Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Interior Design or a related field is preferred Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Paid sick time Work Location In person
