We re seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Marketing Specialist who can take charge of brand presence across platforms run high-performing ad campaigns and create engaging UGC-style content that connects with audiences in both the Indian and Australian markets This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build engagement drive conversions and communicate effectively across cultures Key Responsibilities Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and other platforms to grow brand awareness and audience engagement Launch manage and optimise paid ad campaigns Meta Google LinkedIn with clear performance targets and ROI Conceptualise and produce UGC-style content reels short videos testimonials trends in collaboration with internal teams or external creators Write compelling captions ad copy and scripts aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals Monitor analytics generate performance reports and propose actionable insights for continuous improvement Stay updated on trends algorithm updates and platform best practices relevant to both Indian and Australian audiences Requirements 1-3 years of proven experience in social media marketing paid ads and content creation Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager Facebook Instagram and working knowledge of Google Ads Demonstrated ability to create or guide the creation of UGC-style video content Excellent verbal and written communication skills must be confident in crafting messaging for Indian and Australian markets Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns Basic video editing skills CapCut Reels Editor etc are an advantage Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
