Site In-charge Lubrication Management Skills Required - 1 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 2 Good people management Skill 3 Computer literate - MS Office proficiency in MS Excel 4 Go-getter with fire in belly 5 Proficient in resource management and keen eye on conservation and profitability 6 Experience in facility management will be added advantage Job Responsibilities Ensure operations as per Standard Operating Procedures SOP Catalyst in good lubrication - enhancement of Plant reliability by implementing good lubrication practices of Total Lubrication Management TLM Responsible for good Housekeeping and organizing storage and dispensing of lubricants ensure Contamination-free oil and grease in the Central Lubrication Cell CLC Maintaining service inventory of oils and greases at the Central Lubrication Cell CLC Lubricant conservation through condition-based oil change Regeneration and Filtration Managing execution of schedules weekly monthly and yearly and compliance of same Prepare MIS reports on daily basis and present to Head Office customer as per instructions All day-to-day operations of the Site including ensuring all assets are in serviceable condition and timely maintenance and repairs are carried out for its upkeep Oversee work of Lab Technician services per the guidelines and yearly plan for wear Debris Analysis Ensure availability of lubrication Technicians workmen at site as per work requirement and adhere to all Safety and environmental statutes- as prescribed by Site Maintenance of discipline of the supervisors and workmen on site Training of recent employees and skill upgradation of technicians as per requirement Be over all custodian of the site and responsible for working of GTS team on Site Experience -Minimum 1-3 years experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
