Company Description Tropic Responses is an Architecture and Interior Design studio based in Bengaluru Our work spans various sectors including Residential Interior Design Residential Development Commercial Institutional and Healthcare With our talented team of Architects and Interior Designers we strive to provide innovative design solutions and turn your dreams into reality We are committed to eco-friendly design practices with a robust focus on integrating climate data into our projects By designing resilient structures with a deep understanding of climate metrics we aim to create sustainable and efficient buildings Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect As a Project Architect you will be responsible for managing and overseeing architectural projects including creating design concepts coordinating with clients and consultants and ensuring quality and timely delivery You will work closely with the team to develop design solutions that align with the client s vision and meet project requirements Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in architecture and design Proficiency in project management and leadership Expertise in using required software skills for drawings rendering editing documenting Excellent communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Experience with submittals and project documentation Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or related field Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
