Finance Tech - Financial Planning Analysis team to help design develop and enhance financial applications in an agile development environment You will be leading a team performing full stack development in systems which are highly performing secure and scalable real time and batching systems You will be closely with the Product Owners and Agile Delivery Managers in order to craft the best management change management and problem management processes Essential Functions Design implement and ship highly scalable distributed components using functional programming paradigm using JAVA full of relevant work experience with a Bachelor s Degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree e g Masters MBA JD MD or 4 years of work experience with a PhD OR 13 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Computer Engineering or related technical field required Master s Degree or other advanced degree preferred 14 years of relevant experience with 4-6 years experience leading teams preferably within Fintech Finance Expertise with the Java 8 platform or higher Experience in building complex systems with modern architectures and practices Including high-availability high-scalability microservices Specifically using HTTP REST and other JAVA full stack technologies including but not limited to Angular Spring boot MySQL etc Extensive experience of working in a DevOps environment Experience with Relational and NoSQL database technologies Proven experience delivering highly scalable and available production systems Strong analytical problem solving and communication articulation skills Strong business acumen ability to grasp big picture and explain to team in simple terms Track record of hiring and
