Manager Assistant Manager - Commercial Interior Fitouts Location Banglore Reports To Senior Project Manager Director of Operations Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and agile Project Manager specializing in Commercial Interior Fitouts to join our team The ideal candidate will oversee the planning execution and delivery of interior fitout projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Initiation Develop comprehensive project plans including scope schedule and budget Coordinate with clients architects and designers to define project requirements and specifications Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine project viability Oversee and manage the quantity surveying process ensuring accuracy in cost estimation and billing Conduct detailed quantification of project requirements and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities BoQ Develop and maintain rate estimates for materials labor and overheads Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide cost advice and ensure financial control Review and approve interim and final payment applications from contractors Monitor project budgets and provide timely reports on financial performance Implement best practices in cost management and ensure compliance with industry standards Resource Management Allocate resources effectively including labor materials and equipment Manage subcontractors and suppliers ensuring timely delivery and quality of work Lead and mentor project teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment Project Execution and Monitoring Oversee day-to-day operations of the fitout projects ensuring adherence to project plans Monitor project progress identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards Financial Management Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally Quality Assurance and Control Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship Conduct regular site inspections and audits Ensure final project deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements Project Closure Conduct project handover including final inspections and completion of punch lists Prepare and submit project completion reports and documentation Gather client feedback and implement lessons learned for future projects Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management specifically within commercial interior fitouts Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and industry standards Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Contact HR (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 8 years Preferred Management 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
