Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site Ensure work is executed as per drawings specifications and approved quality standards Allocate work to site workers and contractors based on daily schedules Inspect materials workmanship and ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies Coordinate with the project engineer for work progress quality checks and technical issues Maintain daily site reports progress updates and attendance records Verify measurements and assist in preparing bills for subcontractors Manage equipment tools and material usage efficiently to reduce wastage Ensure timely completion of activities and adherence to project timelines Resolve site-level issues and report major concerns to management Ensure proper implementation of health safety and environmental practices on site Job Type Full time Pay 22 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
