In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be Production Planning Create and manage the master production schedule based on demand forecasts capacity and material availability Coordinate with production procurement and logistics teams to ensure schedule feasibility and execution Demand Capacity Management Analyze demand trends and adjust schedules accordingly Monitor production capacity and identify bottlenecks or constraints Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts System Data Management Maintain scheduling data in ERP MRP systems Generate reports and KPIs related to schedule adherence lead times and capacity utilization Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with sales operations procurement and quality teams to align production plans with business goals Participate in S OP Sales and Operations Planning meetings Who You Are You are detail-oriented and thrive in a structured data-driven environment You have a proactive mindset and can anticipate challenges before they impact operations You are a strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams toward a common goal You are passionate about continuous improvement and operational efficiency For This Role You Will Need 2-3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment Proficiency in ERP systems e g Oracle and scheduling software Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Industrial
