Job Title Accounts Manager Location Mumbai Company Exhibit Technologies Pvt Ltd Instagram exhibitmagazine About Us Exhibit Technologies Pvt Ltd is a multimedia powerhouse that brings together technology lifestyle automobiles influencer marketing and production under one roof Our flagship properties include Exhibit Magazine BBC TopGear India Exhibit Social and Exhibit Studios Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or relevant software Handle accounts receivable and payable including invoice generation and follow-ups Reconcile bank statements vendor payments and customer accounts Prepare monthly financial reports MIS and expense statements Coordinate with auditors for statutory compliance and internal audits Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning Manage GST TDS and other tax filings and returns Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience Proficiency in Tally Excel and basic accounting software Knowledge of GST TDS and other statutory compliance Strong attention to detail and time management Excellent communication and coordination skills Good to Have Experience in media events or agency billing cycles Understanding of digital and influencer marketing financials Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Advantages Paid sick time Paid time off Language English Preferred Work Location In person
