Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract hire and retain the best talent This role requires a strategic and proactive recruiter with excellent industry knowledge and the ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders Key Roles Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards Enhance employer branding and improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 4-6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition Candidates currently working in or with prior experience in the education industry are strongly preferred Proficiency in using recruitment tools job portals and social media platforms Strong communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple positions efficiently while meeting tight deadlines Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work from home Work Location Remote
