Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online presence across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Flipkart and others You will be responsible for product listings inventory coordination reporting and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and returns Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings on Amazon Flipkart Myntra FirstCry and other marketplaces Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure high-quality product images titles and descriptions Track and update inventory levels across platforms to avoid stockouts or overselling Monitor daily orders returns and cancellations ensure timely processing and follow-up Analyze sales data customer behavior and platform trends to improve listings and conversions Coordinate with the warehouse team for order dispatch and packaging quality Resolve customer complaints returns and inquiries related to online platforms Conduct competitor research and suggest strategies for pricing promotion and positioning Collaborate with marketing to run online promotions and ads as required Maintain platform compliance by ensuring listings meet all guidelines and policies Requirements Bachelor s degree in any field 6 months - 1 5 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms Amazon Flipkart preferred Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and basic reporting tools Understanding of e-commerce operations SEO for listings and platform algorithms Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment Good communication skills for coordination and follow-ups Preferred Skills Experience with tools like Seller Central Flipkart Seller Hub or similar dashboards Knowledge of festive home decor product categories Basic understanding of digital marketing or PPC on e-commerce platforms Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
