We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team The Welder will be responsible for assembling pieces of metal together or repairing damage in metal components using heavy machinery that emits high heat melting the metals into shape The ideal candidate should have experience with various welding techniques a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints schematics and detailed drawings to determine appropriate welding processes Operate welding equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Perform MIG TIG and or stick welding based on project requirements Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance and repairs Collaborate with other team members and departments to complete projects on time Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment PPE Maintain a clean and organized work area Document completed work and maintain records of welding activities Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or construction environment Proficiency in MIG TIG and stick welding techniques Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols Strong attention to detail and precision in welding tasks Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to welding Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certification in welding e g AWS Certified Welder is a plus Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Physical stamina and strength to perform welding tasks for extended periods Job Type Full-time Pay 13 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Perks Food provided Schedule Day shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Work Location In person
