Areas KRAs 1 Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordinate monthly manpower planning with department heads Draft update and publish job descriptions across hiring platforms Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening interviews documentation and offer rollouts Maintain a recruitment pipeline and ensure closure within TAT 2 Onboarding Induction Prepare and execute the recent hire onboarding checklist Conduct formal induction sessions and assign mentors Set up employee profiles in systems and ensure first-week touchpoints Issue confirmation letters post probation reviews 3 Employee Data Documentation Management Maintain accurate and confidential employee master sheets and digital files Ensure all contracts ID proofs and documentation are updated and audit-ready Manage documentation
