Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Program Manager to lead the creation development and management of multiple skill-based and qualified training programs This role is critical in ensuring the academic integrity industry relevance and successful execution of our training courses Key Responsibilities Design and structure new skill-based and academic courses e g Medical Coding AI Logistics Digital Marketing Hospital Administration etc Collaborate with subject matter experts SMEs trainers and industry consultants for content development Create course outlines lesson plans assessments and certification modules Ensure all courses align with standards of NSDC UGC NCVET and other relevant bodies Supervise content digitization and LMS integration Maintain course quality through periodic reviews student feedback and performance metrics Train and support trainers and content contributors Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into course offerings Handle academic audits documentation and reporting Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education Instructional Design or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development training or academic management Strong understanding of instructional design adult learning principles and e-learning technologies Experience with LMS platforms Moodle Zoho Learn TalentLMS etc Excellent communication leadership and project management skills Job Type Full-time Pay From 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Application Question s Do you have notice period If yes how many days What is your salary expectation Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Academic Program Management Course Development 2 years Required Total 3 years Preferred Language English Malayalam Required Work Location Remote
