Position Summary The Business Analyst will be a technical professional with experience in the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC responsible for analyzing business processes gathering requirements and developing strategies to enhance efficiency productivity and business performance This role involves collaborating with stakeholders writing Product Requirement Documents PRDs user stories and facilitating engineering handovers while working closely with design and development teams Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and gather requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and technical analysis Develop and document Product Requirement Documents PRDs and user stories to articulate business needs and technical specifications Collaborate with design teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and user experience Facilitate engineering handovers by bridging communication between business stakeholders and development teams Participate in SDLC processes including requirement analysis solution design testing and implementation Conduct quality assurance testing and support user acceptance testing UAT Prepare reports presentations and documentation to communicate findings recommendations and project progress Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably with a technical focus and exposure to software development Experience in writing PRDs user stories and working with design and engineering teams Familiarity with SDLC methodologies e g Agile Scrum Waterfall Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills Proficiency in tools such as Jira Confluence Microsoft Excel or business analysis software e g Tableau Visio Candidates with exposure to development environments or a strong grasp of coding logic and system design will be preferred Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Health and dental benefits Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Friendly and collaborative work environment Desired Attributes We re on the hunt for driven individuals with a fervent passion and a readiness to go above and beyond We value those eager to learn grow and contribute significantly to the expansion of ATC s project division Seeking agile go-getters with a proactive mindset This isn t your typical 9 to 5 role We envision you as our future manager and leader within the next five years
