We are looking for an experienced and proactive Area Manager - Service Electronics to lead and manage service operations across multiple locations The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee after-sales service operations across assigned branches or service centers Ensure timely installation repair and maintenance services for all electronic products Drive service KPIs such as TAT Turnaround Time FTR First Time Resolution and customer satisfaction scores Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt resolutions Lead a team of Service Engineers Technicians and ensure proper training and performance tracking Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for warranty claims parts and service support Monitor and control service costs and improve operational efficiency Prepare reports on service performance and suggest areas for improvement Requirements Bachelor s Diploma in Electronics Electrical Engineering or a related field More than 8 years of experience in service industry as an Area Manager or Team Leader Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication problem-solving and customer handling abilities Willingness to travel across locations as required Location Calicut Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Life insurance Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
