Position Title Senior Sales Data Analyst Head Location Vashi Navi Mumbai Role Objective As the Head of Sales Data Analytics you will be responsible for leading the Sales Data Analyst team ensuring accurate data interpretation and providing actionable insights to drive business growth You will play a crucial role in decision-making forecasting and sales strategy development aligning with the company s vision and mission Key Responsibilities KRA 1 Sales Data Leadership Oversee and manage the Sales Data Analytics team to ensure effective workflow and accurate reporting Set up data-driven frameworks for sales forecasting revenue analysis and performance tracking 2 Data Analysis Insights Analyse sales data across all zones to identify trends challenges and opportunities Develop and implement predictive models to optimize sales strategies 3 Reporting Presentation Generate detailed reports and presentations for management on sales performance revenue projections and underperformance Prepare dashboards and analytics for quarterly review meetings 4 Sales Tour Plan Review Review and analyse tour plans submitted by BM RM and ZM to assess their effectiveness Ensure tour plans align with sales objectives and recommend corrective strategies where needed 5 Strategic Collaboration Work closely with senior sales management to identify team performance gaps and improvement areas Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations for underperforming zones 6 Process Improvement Automation Implement data automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy Develop error-reduction strategies to improve the quality of sales analysis Desired Candidate Profile Experience 6 years in Sales Data Analysis with at least 3 years in a leadership role Skills Strong analytical skills and expertise in Advanced Excel Power BI or Tableau Knowledge of sales forecasting models and automation tools Excellent team management and leadership abilities Effective communication and presentation skills Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
