We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer with 5 years experience to design and coordinate Plumbing Electrical HVAC Fire Automation and Lighting systems for our building projects and townships Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed MEP designs load calculations sizing and technical drawings in line with project requirements and relevant codes Develop BOQs technical specifications and design reports for all MEP systems Coordinate with architects structural engineers and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of services Review and validate contractor shop drawings material submissions and method statements Conduct site visits and assessments to resolve technical issues and support smooth execution Provide design clarifications to site teams update drawings based on site conditions and approved changes Ensure all MEP designs align with energy efficiency safety and sustainability objectives where applicable Requirements Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years experience in MEP design for building projects Robust technical knowledge of Plumbing Electrical HVAC Fire and related systems Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software Excellent coordination documentation and communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables within timelines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 466 98 - 57 748 92 per month Work Location In person
