About Us Prashant Mittal Associates is a growing Chartered Accountancy and financial services firm providing audit taxation accounting and advisory solutions to diverse clients We focus on professional excellence accuracy and timely financial management Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with at least 2 - 3 year of experience to support day-to-day accounting operations maintain financial records and assist in reporting The candidate will ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and help streamline accounting processes Key Responsibilities Post journal entries and update financial statements regularly Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable Process monthly payroll and maintain payroll records Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting Perform Tally data entry including Sales Purchase Receipts Payments Bank Reconciliation Statement and preparation of Debtors Creditors Statements Receive and process all invoices expense forms and requests for payments Maintain accounting records make copies and file documents systematically Support senior accountants and management with financial queries and reconciliations Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as an accountant or in a similar role Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices Solid attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
