Biitcode is urgently hiring an Assistant - Planning for our reputed client in the Perfume Manufacturing Division The ideal candidate will support the planning and supply chain team by preparing Excel-based reports tracking order progress coordinating with purchase production teams and ensuring timely material availability Key Responsibilities Prepare and update daily weekly Excel reports sales orders PR status material availability production progress Maintain stock and planning trackers for raw materials packaging materials and finished goods Coordinate with the Purchase department on pending PRs PO status and supplier delivery timelines Follow up with the Production team regarding manufacturing schedules and completion status Support the Demand Planner by updating planning sheets and order-wise data Assist in data entry and tracking of BOM and FG readiness Prepare summary reports for management order progress material pending dispatch status Maintain accurate records in shared Excel files or planning software Support administrative tasks related to planning coordination Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in Commerce Supply Chain or related field Strong proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables formulas formatting Basic understanding of purchase supply chain and production processes Strong coordination follow-up and communication skills Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple tasks Experience in a manufacturing or factory planning environment is preferred Key Competencies MS Excel Google Sheets expertise Data accuracy and reporting Coordination and follow-up Teamwork time management Interested candidate share their updated CV at Whatsapp - (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
